1. What this covers
This notice describes how we handle information collected through this website. Information you share with us in the course of a consulting engagement is governed by the engagement agreement, not by this notice.
2. Information we collect
Contact form. When you use the contact form we receive what you type — name, company, role, email address and your message. The form is relayed to our business email by a third-party form service and stored in our mailbox.
Email. If you email us directly, we keep the correspondence as ordinary business records.
Site analytics. We use privacy-respecting, aggregate page analytics provided by our hosting platform (Vercel Web Analytics). It counts visits and pages; it does not use advertising cookies or build individual profiles.
We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal information.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and, if you engage us, to carry out the work;
- To keep ordinary business and correspondence records;
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.
4. Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make the site and our email work:

5. Retention

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email admin@waypoint-controls.com. Where you live may give you additional rights; we will honor applicable law.
7. Where data is processed
We are a U.S. company and process data in the United States through the providers above.
8. Changes
We will post updates to this notice here with a new effective date.
